As usual, I was rewarded by having Barney Brothers handle my build. I'm from the East Coast and leave my FJ Cruiser in storage in Grand Junction. I had my FJ built out by Barney Brothers. I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for." I'd rather pay to have something done correctly. I could have gone with a questionable shop and had my work done on the cheep. That's not the way I like my off road rigs built. Reliability in my rig is crucial. I want it done right. That's why I've been going to Barney Brother's. Barney Brothers intervened with manufactures as any issue cropped up. They had the manufacturer live up to their warranties. Again, I'm from the East Coast and dealing with these issues would be a pain in the neck, if not impossible. I would go further and say it would be a pain in the neck if I lived in Grand Junction. I can't stand dealing with that kind of headache. Barney Brothers intervention has made my life easier without question. Barney Brothers does a lot of builds and those manufacturers know this and they better heed what they say. Think about it, Barney Brothers is smack in the middle of the best 4 wheeling in the country....strike that, the world.

Once again your service is 1st class. My wife, Carolyn, and I have been in multiple times with repairs or components added on to three of our vehicles. Each time we have been met with professional courtesy and first hand knowledge which makes for a more than satisfactory experience. A customer is also made to feel at home when he walks through the door; it is nice to have a comfortable feeling that way. Your front end reps Erik and Brian treat every question as an important one, whether they've answered it a hundred times, you still feel like that question was an important one. And they have no qualms about going out with you to your vehicle out front and showing you anything that might help in the explanation of whatever subject you may be discussing. They make time for you and make you feel like you are a valued customer. Many times I've been told to stop by, even if it's just to talk shop, or anything else for that matter. They care. Steve is also the same way. Courteous and informative on the phone, there is nothing that is left misunderstood. He calls back. Three words that mean so much to a customer who is waiting for news and not left in the dark. All three of your reps communicate very well and with a smile. So important in customer service. On one visit, one of your mechanics came through the front door, saw me and, with a smile, asked how I was doing, with good eye contact, and he meant it. The last shop I went to the mechanics were not a happy group- it shows and is noted. On another visit I encountered a young rep sweeping the floor- at noon. Where do you find THAT kind of pride in a work place at that time of day? It's usually done at the end of the day if at all. HE was pleasant also. Carolyn and I also enjoy the personal touch you exhibit in the introductory write-up regarding the Barney Brothers story. That is very refreshing to see a business use a personal touch such as yours. You've already begun the bond right there. So that's my review for each time I've been in to Barney Brothers. Sorry I missed a couple of reviews in the past but they would all be the same as this one. I'll tell you Darrin, if I had the automotive knowledge, expertise, and experience I'd be knocking on your door looking for a position with your first class operation. I own several trucks for my business and have taken them in to Barney Brothers. I always receive great customer service, friendly help and I feel that they guys are being honest and straightforward. Have never had to bring a vehicle back after a repair was made because something was bit done right. Thanks fellas for always looking out!

I gave Barney Brothers a short time frame to order a bumper for my new truck, during Covid times. They got it in, and installed in time for me which I knew was a tough window. They even worked with my dealership to have the truck picked up and delivered back! Brian Nelson was awesome to deal with and I highly suggest using them for anything! Top notch place!!!
