They looked at our build list and determined they could do it within our tight timeline, and actually had it completed half a day early! I had a great experience. I'm from out of town and needed to find a shop to make off road modifications to my FJ Cruiser. After looking around Grand Junction for a professional shop I found Barney Brothers. Like going to a restaurant in a strange town, I always look for the one with the most cars in front of it. It tells me the food is good, the turnover is low and they don't haggle about the small things. In this case I was looking for the shop with the most 4 wheel drive vehicles. Barney Brothers had a parking lot full of highly modified off road vehicles being ready to be worked on or already serviced. They had a number of professional bays. I set up an appointment with them. The employees where professional and they didn't haggle about small stuff. Sure I pay a bit more for professional work. At the same time I don't need to worry about it being done incorrectly. Barney Brothers does these modifications all the time, as witnessed by the parking lot. I'm a busy person and I don't have time for unprofessional work. Barney Brothers is professional. You get what you pay for. If your time is valuable and you want it done correctly I would recommend Barney Brothers.

Although a very busy day today Chadd took the time to see how my visit and my day and more were going. These guys really do care about their customers,friends and family are.

But Erik was fantastic at answering my questions and making relevant suggestions. He never made me feel stupid. The work was completed when they said it would be and I felt the price was fair.
